This information supplements the website navigation policy and explains to the User how the Data Controller will specifically process the data entered in the contact form. We therefore invite you to read our privacy policy.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

The Data Controller processes personal data for various purposes:

1 - Using the interested party's contact information to respond to requests received via the company newsletter. Based on the interested party's requests, the Data Controller may also send promotions or invitations to its headquarters or external facilities, where the Data Controller will be present. For these purposes, the interested party's express consent is required, which will be deemed granted at the time of the contact request. This consent may be revoked at any time, even for specific activities only, by writing to living.srl@virgilio.it.

2 - Upon express request/consent of the interested party, communicate the contact details to other companies within the group so that they can carry out information and updating activities in their interest through their own newsletters and marketing activities referred to in point 1): for this purpose, express consent is required, separate from that referred to in point 1), which can be modified and/or revocated at any time.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The Data Controller intends to process the data according to the following time criteria:

  • for the purpose referred to in point 1), the data will be processed for the entire duration of the promotional activities and newsletter sending and, subsequently, for a maximum period of 24 months from the request activated by the user and consequently from the granting of consent;

  • For the purposes referred to in point 2), the data will be processed for twenty-four months from the date of consent, without prejudice to the possibility of revoking it.

NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF REFUSAL

Providing data for the purposes referred to in point 1) is necessary, and therefore any refusal to provide it, in whole or in part, may make it impossible for the Data Controller to pursue the aforementioned purposes (responding to the interested user; sending the newsletter and promotional communications). Providing data for other purposes is optional: if you do not provide it, the Data Controller will not be able to carry out the corresponding activities but will still be entitled to pursue the purposes referred to in point 1).

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

The Data Controller will not disseminate the data, but intends to share it with internal personnel authorized to process it by virtue of their respective roles, as well as with professionals or service companies engaged by the Data Controller in managing information and marketing activities. These individuals will be expressly authorized to process the data by the Data Controller. These recipients, if they process data on behalf of the Data Controller, will be appointed as data processors through a specific contract or other legal document.
